AGE GROUPS: Minimum age 30. Age groups 30+ and 40 + and 50+. Men and ladies divisions.
EVENTS: Both 18 holes and 9 hole competition offered.
This tournament will try a new format where only time counts, however a birdie or better will minus one minute off your overall time and a double bogey or worse will add one minute on.
Rules of the competition: R & A Golf Rules with the exception of two rules.
1. A player can only carry a maximum of 7 clubs
2. A lost ball or ball that goes ‘out of bounds’ can be dropped anywhere on the flight path of the previous shot. The player occurs a one shot penalty.
NOTES: Players DO NOT require a handicap to play. First timers welcome.
It it is the players responsibility to find their own scorer for the competition.
A scorer is someone who verifies the players scores as they are playing because the players just run the course by themselves. A scorer can run, bike or travel by cart to score. No carts are provided for this event.
