Graham Mourie (MBE) is a former All Black flanker and respected captain during the late 1970s and early 1980s. Mourie captained the team on their historic Grand Slam tour in 1978.

Mourie was born in Taranaki and attended Opunake High School and New Plymouth Boys' High School. Taking a moral stance, he made himself unavailable to play in the 1981 Springbok tour before returning to the captaincy for a tour of Romania and France later the same year. He played 104 games for Taranaki and was later made a Life Member and Patron of the TRFU. He was pivotal in setting up the Coastal rugby club in 1995 and has served as a rugby administrator and coach. He coached the Wellington provincial side from 1997 to 1999 and the Hurricanes from 2000 to 2002.
