Nominations open now

Now is the time to prepare a nomination for the Taranaki Sports Hall of Fame. 

All nominations must be made by downloading and completing the nomination form below with reference to the criteria outlined on this page. 

The completed nomination form - together with any supporting information must be emailed to Andrew Moffat by 5pm on Friday 15 July. All nominations will be treated in confidence.
