Special Olympics are seeking a South Taranaki Sports Coordinator.  This is a volunteer role that will liaise with each Special Olympics sport to co-ordinate resources, training programmes and the event calendar.

Volunteer Indoor Bowls Team Manager - Special Olympics

The Special Olympics Indoor Bowls Team are looking for a volunteer team manager.  The role involves co-coordinating and organising this Special Olympics club sport and the general well being of the athletes, coaches and volunteers.

Co-opt BOARD MEMBER - Taranaki Hockey Federation

Taranaki Hockey Federation (THF) actively promotes and encourages involvement in the sport of Hockey, by developing opportunities for the pursuit of excellence and social wellbeing.  The THF Board would like to co-opt a Board member for at least 12 month period, this board member will have aptitude for Sponsorship and Fundraising.  The role is suited to a person who has experience or connections with/in:

  • The local community
  • Sourcing external funding (excluding Grant funding)
  • Sponsorship Proposals
  • Identifying new sources of funding

Netball Umpire - YMCA NETBALL LEAGUE

YMCA Taranaki is looking for an experienced part time Netball Umpire to umpire our YMCA Netball League.  The role is for 2.5 to 4 hours per week on Monday nights between the hours of 6pm-10pm for the 40 weeks that the YMCA Netball League competition normally operates in any year.

Volunteer Position - Coach of the Premier Tukapa Netball Team 2018

Tukapa Netball Club are seeking applicants for Coach of their Premier team for 2018. With eight teams our coaches, managers and officials are part of a great team and club environment.  Full coaching course costs are covered by the club to encourage coach development.  All travel to Premier games is provided by the club.
