Sport Taranaki supports the very popular Active Senior Exercise programme that provides a wide range of exercise options for the over 50's throughout the Taranaki region.
These community classes commonly operate weekly with a variety of intensity levels for all ages and stages. There are also the increasingly popular Seated Exercise Classes for those with mobility issues or who have difficulty standing to exercise.
All of the Senior Exercise Classes are very social. Anyone may attend and they have a very small cost attached. Also, most have a cup of tea supplied at the end of the programme.
